Learning how to study is one of the most critical skills a student can learn. We have compiled study hacks that have been proven to work.

According to researchers, the best time to study is between the hours of 4a.m and 6a.m because brain function is at 100%. Between 6a.m and 7:30a.m, brain function is at 50%. By the night, brain function is at 20%.


  1. Eating grapes improves your brain ability to process new information.

  2. Write in blue ink. You are more likely to remember something you have written in blue ink then something you have written in black ink.

  3. Trying to memorize something? Read it 10 times. Say it 10 times. Write it 2 times.

  4. Walk 20 minutes before an exam. Exercise increases performance.

  5. Meditation will help reduce pre-exam stress as it has shown to improve both mental and physical stress.
